Despite the colder than expected temperatures at the Lake Westerra Showhome Grand Opening on Sunday, April 20, 2008, a number of families and prospective buyers braved the elements to take in Lake Westerra's three new showhomes.
With a number of activities occurring in each showhome including face painters, balloon artists, Booster Juice samples and JOE FM live on location, there was a flurry of activity in the neighbourhood.

Families and showhome viewers came out to enjoy the nice weather and the fun-filled atmosphere at the SummerWood Spring Carnival on Sunday, April 13, 2008.
Between the roaming entertainer, face painting, classic midway games and snacks as well as four beautiful new showhomes, there was much to see and do.
